Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. But how do you make them perfectly? Many different recipes and methods have failed to work for me. So today, I want to share some tips and tricks with you so you can make your own delicious and fluffy omelets every morning.

Before we start making omelets, let's remember that eggs are temperamental. They must be fresh, preferably from the organic market, and be kept cold until cooking. The yolks and whites will not form properly if they aren't kept cold enough. This makes your omelets look weirdly colored. If you want to make omelets right away, it's best not to use eggs that are too cold.

Another tip is to separate your egg before adding it into the pan. It is important not to allow any white to mix with the yolk as this could lead to the omelet becoming curdled.

You might burn the bottom of the egg if you place the egg directly on the stovetop. This could ruin the texture of your omelet. Instead, put the egg in the microwave for 10 seconds before putting it into the pan. The microwave heat cooks the eggs just right without overcooking them.

Next, let's talk about mixing the eggs. When you mix eggs together, you want to beat them well. Turn the bowl upside down and grab the whisk to do this. Now shake the bowl vigorously. This allows the air to be whipped and the egg to be mixed thoroughly.
